vip1 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the vip1 platform and all services connected to it. The term "user" refers to any person who has created or wishes to create an account on this platform. By completing registration on vip1, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all the terms described below.

1 Definitions & Interpretation

The meanings of the following terms used in these Terms are described below:

• "Platform" — The vip1 website, app, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" or "User" — Any person who holds a registered account on vip1.
• "Bet" — Funds placed through the platform to participate in sports, casino, or any other game.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits granted by the platform that can be used subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — The identity verification process.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the services on vip1, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 21 or older. If any account is found to be in violation of the age limit, it will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person creates multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled. If different members of the same household use the same device or IP address, each person must be verified separately.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. All activity conducted through your account will be considered your own. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately. vip1 is not responsible for any loss resulting from a security breach of an account where the member has handled their login details carelessly.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

vip1 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. When withdrawing, you must use the same method that was used to make the deposit, wherever possible.

4.3 Verification (KYC)

For large withdrawal amounts or if any suspicious activity is observed, vip1 may request a copy of a national ID card or passport and other verification documents. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until verification is complete. This process is done for the security of members.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

vip1 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The bonus applies up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times, and it is calculated only on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing (৳1,000 × 20).

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses can only be used for placing bets on the platform; they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• vip1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A member may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
• If bonus conditions are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on vip1 is conducted in accordance with the following general rules:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the bet was placed incorrectly due to a technical error on the platform.
• If any bet is deemed invalid due to a technical error or server disruption, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bets that have already been successfully placed will remain valid if the internet connection is lost for any reason.
• If the result of any sporting event is disputed, vip1 will make a final decision based on the official result of that event.
• Fraudulent activity, exploiting system errors, or using any automated tools is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip1 platform:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Placing strategic bets to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse or Arbitrage).
• Operating multiple accounts for the same member.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Using any malware, hacking tools, or automated bots on the platform's software.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards other members or staff.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.

For any of the above violations, vip1 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account, forfeit funds, and take legal action if necessary.

8 VIP Program

The vip1 VIP Program has four tiers. Members can gradually advance to higher tiers, and weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

9 Responsible Gaming

vip1 places the highest importance on a responsible gaming culture. We encourage all our members to play within their limits for entertainment purposes. The platform offers deposit limit settings, break options, and self-exclusion.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the vip1 platform — designs, text, graphics, logos, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of vip1. Copying, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.

The software and content of third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe) are owned by the respective providers and are used under their own licensing agreements.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

vip1 is fully committed to protecting the personal information of its members. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

12 Service Availability & Changes

vip1 continually strives to improve its platform. Services may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or upgrades. In such situations, we will make an effort to notify members in advance.

vip1 reserves the right to change its services, products, or these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered automatic acceptance of the new terms.

13 Account Closure & Termination

13.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request the closure of their account at any time. Any pending bets must be settled before the account is closed, and any remaining valid funds will be returned.

13.2 Closure at vip1's Initiative

In the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behaviour, vip1 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice.

14 Limitation of Liability

vip1 is not responsible for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet connection disruption.
• A security breach of an account due to the member's own negligence.
• Delays caused by disruptions to third-party services (payment gateways, internet providers).
• Unavoidable natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances.

If any bet is settled incorrectly due to a technical error, vip1 reserves the right to correct it, even if the bet has already been settled.

15 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact our customer service team first. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email ([email protected]) in both Bengali and English.

If you are not satisfied with the decision of our support team, you have the option to submit a written appeal within 30 days. vip1's final decision will be considered final and binding in all disputes.

16 Changes to Terms

vip1 reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel any part of these terms at any time. A notice will be published on the platform for significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after a change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
